York Theatre Royal are delighted to announce further casting for this year’s spectacular Sleeping Beauty. CBeebies star, Jennie Dale (Swashbuckle) will be taking on the role of Fairy Moonbeam, alongside a talented cast of returning actors and new additions.
The final cast members in this year’s fabulous line-up include West End star Aoife Kenny (Clueless, Trafalgar Theatre; Frozen the Musical, West End) who will be performing as Aurora and York local Christian Mortimer will be playing Prince Michael.
Previously announced West End performer Jocasta Almgill (A Chorus Line, Grease) will play Carabosse alongside returning York Theatre Royal panto favourite Tommy Carmichael. Robin Simpson is also back for more hijinks again as York Theatre Royal’s Dame, Nurse Nelly.
