Access

Join the cast of the Youth Theatre Summer 2026 production and take to the stage in this exciting 3 week course.  

Perform on the Main House stage in our Summer Youth Theatre production of Wendy & Peter Pan 

Dates:  

  • Week 1: Mon 17 Aug – Fri 21 Aug 2026 9.30am-4.30pm
  • Week 2: Mon 24 Aug – Fri 28 Aug 2026 9.30am-4.30pm
  • Week 3: Tue 01 Sep – Sat 05 Sep 2026 9.30am-6.00pm (There will be a later start on production days)

 

Performances:

  • Thu 03 Sep 2026 (evening)
  • Fri 04 Sept 2026 (evening)
  • Sat 05 Sep 2026 (matinee and evening)

Please note: Call times on performance days will be later. The company may also be split into two teams of young performers.

 

Important:

By signing up for the Youth Theatre Production, you must be available for all dates and times and able to participate in the final performances. Please check the dates carefully before booking.
Once you have booked onto the project, there will be audition workshops in June/July 2026 to allocate roles.

 

Cost:

  • Band 1: £360 full fee (50% deposit option is available – please contact Box Office to arrange a payment plan.)
  • Band 2: £150 for households with an income of £25,000 or less
  • Band 3:  £75 for families in receipt of benefits

Access:

At York Theatre Royal, we are committed to making the Youth Theatre Summer Production as inclusive and accessible as possible.
