York Literature Festival is delighted to launch The York Festival of Hauntology
For its debut year, we present a series of events on the topic of Folk Horror & the Urban Wyrd. Over 21-22 March, authors from across the country will gather to celebrate everything they love about the Folk Horror genre; including appearances from Ramsey Campbell, Dan Coxon, Lucie McKnight Hardy, Andrew Michael Hurley and Lucy Rose.
Dr Adam Smith is an Associate Professor at York St John University and is a key member of the Hauntology and Spectrality research group, and will be discussing spectral York.
