Our Community Programming Group

We want our theatre to reflect our community and make sure that your ideas shape the work we make and present. To ensure this we created Visionari, a scheme like no other in British theatre. Visionari gives you the opportunity to have your voice heard, influence how we work and deliver our creative output – from programming our stages and reviewing our work, to selecting, alongside our artistic team, which artists we support through our IGNITE Artist Development programme.

Reflecting our community

Visionari was formed to reflect the diverse city in which we live and work. It’s an intergenerational group that includes students and early career professionals, a Probation Officer and a retired Chemist. Whatever your background, we want to hear from you. Interested?
