Come behind the scenes at York Theatre Royal!

Learn drama games and techniques, practice speaking in front of others and develop your self-confidence in a supportive environment.

The course aims are:

  • Improve communication and teamwork skills
  • Reduce feelings of isolation
  • Be creative and have fun

Spring term:
Mondays 10am – 12pm
09 January – 20 March

Summer term:
Mondays 1pm – 3pm
17 April – 26 June

How to sign up:

Participants can sign up to one term.

Open to mental health service users and people who consider themselves at increased risk or vulnerable to mental health challenges.
