Peter Pan flies into York Theatre Royal for Christmas 2022

As Cinderella opens tonight (3rd Dec), York Theatre Royal has announced that the 2022 Christmas pantomime will be The All New Adventures of Peter Pan.

Expect swashbuckling family adventures and a sprinkling of fairy dust in the co-production with Evolution which will run from 2 December 2022 to 2 January 2023. Casting will be announced in coming months.

Chief executive Tom Bird said: “We’re overjoyed to be continuing our pantomime adventure with Peter Pan in 2022. The people of York love their pantomime – and we know that this fabulous production will thrill young audiences (and older ones who refuse to grow up.) It’s the perfect festive treat, and if you book during this year’s Cinderella you get the best seats at a special price.”

Tickets for at The All New Adventures of Peter Pan go on general sale on 9 December with prices ranging from £15 to £43, with discounts for family tickets and Early Bird bookings.

Cinderella, the Theatre Royal’s first co-production with leading pantomime producers Evolution,  continues until 2 January with CBeebies star Andy Day heading the cast.
