York Theatre Royal and Woodmeadow Trust present a Creative Workshop for International Women’s Week

The theme for International Women’s Day 2022 is “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”. What better time to combine the strengths of York Theatre Royal and Woodmeadow Trust?

Research has found that women are making great changes in sustainability issues across the globe. Woodmeadow Trust is a fantastic example of how we in York have a wonderful team on our doorstep tackling the UKs catastrophic decline in biodiversity.

All women are invited to a creative workshop 05 March . Together, we will forage through the Three Hagges Woodmeadow to source our own materials for an art and creative writing workshop.

Join this event at no cost with no experience needed. We’ll have a team of friendly faces to guide through the day, welcome to attend individually or come as a group.

Bring good footwear and gloves, the rest is provided!
