Keeping You Safe

Your comfort and safety is our highest priority and we have put a number of measures in place so that everyone has an experience that is safe, secure and enjoyable.

We are proud to be See It Safely approved by Society Of London Theatre & UK Theatre, so you can feel confident and safe knowing that we are following the latest government and performing arts guidelines. We’ve outlined more about what to expect from a visit to the theatre below.

If the situation changes, we will adapt our approach in line with any new guidance and your feedback. Please check back here before your visit to ensure you have the most up to date information.

For your comfort and safety, we’ve put numerous measures in place, including:

  • Multiple hand sanitation points around the building.
  • Increased cleaning regime before and after performances.
  • In line with government guidance, face coverings are no longer mandatory, but if you feel more comfortable and want to wear a face covering you are very welcome to do so. If you arrive at the theatre and do not have a face covering our Welcome Team will be happy to provide you with one.
  • Windows and doors open, whenever possible, to allow fresh air to circulate.

Booking tickets

  • Ensure your account contact details are up to date (you can log in here).
  • Where possible please use e-tickets by selecting print at home delivery method.
  • We will send you an email before your visit to ensure you have all the information you need ahead of your visit.

During the interval (if applicable)

  • The bar will be open during intervals. We recommend that you pre-order your refreshments to collect from the foyer, when possible.

Leaving the theatre

  • Please ensure that you take all your belongings and rubbish with you.
