"Whether we fall by ambition, blood, or lust, like diamonds, we are cut with our own dust."
To prevent their sister from marrying the man she loves, two siblings take increasingly desperate and grotesque steps to bring about her downfall. John Webster's Jacobean masterpiece of obsession, passion, blood and revenge is brought alive in a dynamic and modern new production by York Settlement Community Players.
Sam Taylor trained as an actor at LAMDA and has worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre. He makes his YSCP directorial debut with this fast-paced and brutal production.
