This Snakefest will feature the 9 different sides of Snake Davis starting with a duo with multi-instrumentalist Chris Parkinson (founder member of the House Band and accompanist to Ralph McTell and Billy Connolly, amongst countless others) and culminating with the reformed Suspicions, a storming full-on Northern Soul Revue featuring Brass and girl singers and the 9-piece Big Band, playing sax versions of the Stax, Motown and Atlantic classics. Snake has performed live with Ray Charles, Take That, Cher, Kylie Minogue, Paul McCartney, M-People, Eurythmics, Lisa Stansfield and Edwin Starr and was, of course, a founder member of the great York band Zoot and the Roots.
